Our elegant, portable kitchen dazzles wherever it goes. We use it to create fabulous feasts on-site. It's perfect for weddings and outdoor parties.

Grilled wild salmon is one of our specialties. We serve only the finest, Cape Cleare Salmon, caught by hook and line in Alaska and handled with care by our personal fisherman.
